Joyful Living provides mindfulness classes, meditation instruction and MBSR classes that will help you to live a life of reduced stress, better health and greater ease and resilience. Even if we cannot change the stressors in our lives, we can certainly learn to change the way we relate to stress.
These practices are based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program founded by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1979.
Mindful living is an invitation to live fully and be present to everything that life offers us with our full attention and care. All are welcome to this practice.
