Joyful Living provides mindfulness classes, retreats, meditation instruction and 8-week MBSR classes that will support you to live a life of reduced stress, better health and greater ease and resilience.  Even if we cannot change the stressors in our lives, we can certainly learn to change the way we relate to stress.

The classes are offered by Geeta Cowlagi, the only CFM Certified MBSR teacher teaching MBSR classes in Central Texas.  The class is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program founded by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1979.  Geeta has taught this class to over 200 students since 2013.

Mindful living is an invitation to live fully and be present to everything that life offers us with our full attention and care. All are welcome to this practice.
